Production worker

As a production worker, you support the daily production of fried snacks and toasted sandwiches in a modern production facility. You make sure the right ingredients are refilled at the machines on time, keep a close eye on product quality, and fix issues as needed. You work together with a close-knit team and help keep the workspace clean and safe. Your tasks include:

• Refilling machines with ingredients
• Checking and correcting products that don’t meet quality standards
• Keeping the workspace and machines clean
• Working together with colleagues to ensure smooth production
• Noticing malfunctions or deviations and reporting these to your supervisor
• Thinking along about process improvements
• Assisting with packing and preparing products for shipping

You work Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, in a clean and well-organized production environment.

• Available full time for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Willing to do physical work such as lifting and standing
• You speak Dutch or English
• You work accurately and value hygiene
• You live within 30 kilometers of Schiedam
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a production worker, operator, packer or similar role
• You have a VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) working and thinking level

• Salary of € 14,71 till €16,00 gross per hour including ADV allowance
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer
