Entry Level Recycling/Leftovers Sorting Worker – Logistics – Waddinxveen

As a Recycling/leftovers sorting worker, you help make a real difference by ensuring that materials are sorted correctly for recycling in a spacious, well-organized distribution center in Waddinxveen. Your workday typically involves standing at a conveyor belt, sorting various materials such as plastics, metals, and cardboard into the right containers. You’ll need to stay focused, work quickly, and keep your area tidy. Safety and teamwork are always a priority. You’ll also support your colleagues with other warehouse tasks as needed.

• Sort and separate different recycling materials by hand at the conveyor belt

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Alert your supervisor if you notice any issues or hazards

• Help load and unload materials as required

• Follow all safety instructions and wear the required protective gear

You will work full-time, Monday to Sunday, during 6:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 24:00

• Vmbo working and thinking level

• English speaking skills sufficient to follow instructions and communicate with team

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as warehouse worker, production worker, or logistics assistant

• Willingness to work full-time and perform physically active tasks

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-driven attitude

• Able to stand for long periods and follow safety guidelines
