As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the air freight operation in SCHIPHOL-RIJK. Your main focus is on the smooth operational and administrative handling of import and export shipments for freight forwarding customers. You’ll process shipments, manage shipping documents, and ensure all warehouse activities run efficiently and safely. You also have an advisory role, looking for ways to optimize freight processes while keeping costs, quality, and deadlines in mind. Your work will be split across two shifts: 6 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm, mainly on weekends. You’ll work in a modern warehouse environment where teamwork and clear communication are essential.
