For Saint-Gobain Isover in Etten-Leur, we are looking for a Project Lead Electrical, Instrumentation & Industrial Automation. In this role, you will act as the key link between Production, Maintenance, and Capital Projects, driving technical improvements and automation initiatives across a modern manufacturing environment. You will manage projects from concept to commissioning, working closely with operators, technicians, engineers, and external partners to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions.

Over de functie
As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading electrical and automation projects within a modern manufacturing environment. You will act as the link between Production, Maintenance, and Engineering, driving technical improvements, CAPEX projects, automation initiatives, and predictive maintenance solutions from concept to commissioning.
Wat wij vragen
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or similar
• Experience as a Project Engineer, Project Lead, E&I Engineer, or Automation Engineer
• Knowledge of PLC systems (preferably Siemens) and industrial networks
• Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Dutch and English
