Orderpicker deep freeze in Lidl

Your workday begins by changing into the company uniform, as you will be working in a warehouse at -24 degrees Celsius, followed by having your first coffee. Then, equipped with a Talkman (voice picking headset), you will get on the electric pallet truck and start picking orders

Your main responsibilities include:

• Moving to the right shelves and collecting products according to orders.
• Securing the ordered products in the system after picking them.
• Carefully packing the completed orders and placing them on the designated shelf for drivers to pick up for transport.

Work Hours and Schedule:

• We work from Monday to Sunday, with your day off possibly falling during the week.
• Work hours are from 06:30/07:30 to 16:30, with the possibility of overtime when needed.

• Fluent in Dutch or English.
• Own transport and accommodation
• Available for full-time work (Monday to Sunday).
• Willing to work in a warehouse at -24°C (with proper protective clothing)

• Hourly wage starting from €15,88 gross (including deep freeze allowance) where on top of that you will receive extra 8,1% ADV allowance, that gives €17,08 brutto per hour
• Overtime, weekends, and holiday pay from 100% to 150% of the standard rate.
