Planner / Employee Coordinator

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing temporary workers
• Maintaining daily contact with employees and clients
• Planning work schedules and transportation
• Organizing and supporting team operations
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes

• Own accommodation in Rotterdam
• Valid Category B driving license
• Good command of Polish and either English or Dutch
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• No experience required – we will teach you everything you need to know!

• Gross monthly salary of €2,500 brutto
