Production Worker – De Lier

As a Production Worker in De Lier, you play a key role in sorting, packing, and repacking bell peppers (including pointed peppers) during the Dutch harvest season. You work in a modern warehouse focused on food products, where you help maintain quality and keep production moving. The workspace is clean and organized, and teamwork is essential.

Your main duties:

• Sorting, packing, and repacking peppers according to quality guidelines
• Preparing products for shipping and checking labels
• Collaborating with your team and keeping your work area clean and safe
• Monitoring the production line and quickly responding to minor issues
• Following safety and hygiene rules at all times

You work mainly on the day shift, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, but work is also possible on weekends. During busy periods, overtime may be required.

• Good physical condition – able to stand and move for long periods
• Willingness to work in a food-related logistics environment
• Availability for overtime and weekend work when needed
