Coordinator / Planner – Venlo

• Maintain the temporary workforce pool: scheduling, monitoring, and directing staff

• Prepare and send out daily, weekly, and monthly planning schedules

• Maintain daily communication with clients regarding personnel, requests, and changes

• Recruit and assign new temporary staff when necessary

• Identify and proactively anticipate potential issues

• Process planning, availability, and working hours in administrative systems

• Experience in planning, coordination, or temporary staffing is a plus

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands

• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• Structured working style with strong organizational overview

• Good command of English and Turkish (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written

• Proactive, service-oriented, and client-focused attitude

• Flexible and adaptable — no strict 9-to-5 mentality

• Gross monthly salary between €2,450 and €2,650
