Expedition Worker

The function of Expedition Worker ensures that all inbound and outbound shipments are accurately checked, prepared, and shipped in close coordination with employees. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth and correct flow of goods between incoming and outgoing transport operations.

Key responsibilities are:

• Validate shipment documents (instructions, labels, packing lists)
• Unload trucks and place pallets in correct lanes
• Stage outbound shipments by carrier, building, and urgency
• Load trucks with correct pallets in the right trailers
• Check shipment quality/quantity and report issues or delays to the team leader

Working hour:

The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

After a few weeks, weekend work may also be possible.

• Basic knowledge and experience in logistics
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Computer skills (TMS systems, e.g., SAP, and Microsoft Office 365)
• Previous experience operating an electric pallet truck (EPT) and forklift - we can help you get certified!

• Gross monthly salary: €2,630 - €2,879
• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% pay for work Monday to Friday between 18:00–00:00
• 150% pay on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays
• Full-time, 38–40 hours per week
