Allround Production Operator

Join Hessing, a leading company in the fresh food industry, as an Allround Production Operator. You will work across multiple production lines, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining safety and efficiency. This role requires expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines and monitor production to meet quality and quantity standards
• Switch packaging materials and perform quality checks, including metal detection tests
• Maintain clean and organized production lines following safety and hygiene rules
• Adjust automated processes and report deviations to team leaders
• Guide and support colleagues on the production lines
• Track production data and ensure smooth handovers between shifts

Working hours:

We operate in a two-shift system, seven days a week, including weekends:

• Dayshift starting from 06.50 AM
• Afternoon shift starting from 03.00 PM

• MBO level 2/3 work and thinking level or equivalent experience
• Spoken proficiency in Dutch and/ or English language
• Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards
• Previous experience in a similar function or operator role
• Ability to handle multiple machines or production lines and guide team members

• Salary starting with €18,16 gross / h
• Travel allowance up to 30 km one way (max. €12.60 per day)
• +40% for work after 11:00 PM
