Machine Operator Production 5 shifts

As a Machine Operator, you are essential in the production process at DAF Trucks. You operate and adjust production machines so everything runs smoothly. You identify and solve technical malfunctions, handle tool changes, and check products according to set quality standards. You accurately record production data and always work according to current safety, quality, and environmental rules. During shift handovers, you share your knowledge and experiences with your teammates and actively contribute to improvements on the shop floor.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machines
• Identify and resolve technical malfunctions and deviations
• Handle machine changeovers and tool changes
• Check products for quality
• Register production and quality data
• Work according to strict safety and environmental regulations
• Contribute ideas for process improvements

You work in shifts according to a fixed schedule. The work environment is a modern, dynamic factory with the latest production technologies.

• Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production environment
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Basic knowledge of computer systems
• Your own transportation or living in the Eindhoven area
• Willingness to work shifts
• A motivated and eager-to-learn attitude
