Pollinator

As a Pollinator, you work daily with various crops in greenhouses and laboratories. You perform precise tasks to guide the pollination and cross-breeding of plants so that high-quality seeds are produced. You support all stages of plant growth and ensure that all processes follow strict guidelines. You record data on tablets and make sure everything is documented carefully. Together with your team, you sometimes work at different locations and help out where needed. Your workday includes:

• Carrying out controlled pollination and cross-breeding of plants
• Sowing and monitoring germination and growth
• Digitally recording data on seed and plant development
• Collecting and processing plant parts at the right time
• Cleaning, separating, and preparing seeds
• Processing seed batches according to internal guidelines
• Supporting other teams and occasionally working on Saturdays You work on weekdays, sometimes on Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Full-time commitment (32-40 hours) is preferred, in a pleasant greenhouse environment with modern digital tools.

• Some experience with pollination, plant breeding, or similar work (greenhouse, laboratory, nursery)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays
• Basic digital skills, such as working with tablets

• Starting wage from € 15.87 gross per hour, up to € 17 gross per hour
