Soldering Operator

In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring various soldering machines within the PCB production process (wave, selective, and multiwave soldering).

You will ensure a stable and high-quality production process and intervene when necessary to resolve malfunctions or deviations.

• Operating and monitoring PCB soldering machines
• Setting process parameters (temperature, speed, profiles)
• Programming and adjusting production settings
• Performing visual and technical quality inspections
• Identifying and resolving process malfunctions
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Ensuring product quality according to applicable standards
• Collaborating with production and quality departments
• Actively contributing to process optimization

Two-shift schedule:

• Day shift: 06:00 – 14:45
• Afternoon shift: 10:15 – 19:00

• Experience in a technical or production environment
• Experience with PCB assembly or soldering processes is a plus
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Accurate and quality-oriented working attitude
• Excellent command of the English language is required (Dutch is a plus)
• Full-time availability
