As a Production & Greenhouse Worker in Bleiswijk, you work daily among plants and fresh products in a modern greenhouse environment. Your tasks are varied: from harvesting and sorting to packing and checking quality. You help take care of the plants and make sure everything runs safely and neatly. • Harvesting, sorting, and packing plants and products
• Checking the quality of products
• Caring for and maintaining the plants
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized
• Assisting with other general production tasks You work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Sometimes, shift work is required depending on the season.

• At least VMBO work and thinking level
• Experience as a production worker, greenhouse worker, logistics worker, or similar role is a plus
• Able to work independently and quickly pick up new tasks
• You speak and understand Dutch or English
• Willing to do physical work in a greenhouse environment
• Attention to detail and quality
• Living in the Bleiswijk area or willing to commute

• Gross hourly wage between € 14,71 and € 19,44, depending on experience
• Full-time work week of 36 to 40 hours
