Full-time Warehouse Worker Fresh Produce Sector Ridderkerk

As a Warehouse Worker in the fresh produce sector at Van Gelder Fruit & Vegetables, you and your team are responsible for keeping the logistics process running smoothly. You like to get things done, enjoy working with fresh products, and help prepare orders for the food service industry. Your daily tasks include:

• Lifting boxes and stacking them on pallets
• Handling sharp tools like chopping knives and cutting machines with care
• Packing fresh salads according to instructions
• Keeping your workplace and production area clean
• Checking the quality of products
• Working in a cooled environment (about 7°C)
• Collaborating with colleagues on the shop floor

You work full-time in shifts from Monday through Sunday, with varied working hours and attractive shift allowances.

• Full-time availability
• Communicative knowledge of Dutch or English
• Able to perform physical work in low temperatures (about 7°C)
• Experience as a warehouse worker, order picker, production worker, or similar is an advantage
• You carefully follow safety and hygiene guidelines
• Minimum of VMBO working and thinking level
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts

• Hourly wage of € 14.71 gross with shift allowances up to 200% on Sundays
