As a Production & Greenhouse Worker in Bleiswijk, you’ll start your day surrounded by greenery. You’ll be working in a spacious, well-lit greenhouse where you help care for, harvest, and prepare plants for shipping. Your tasks are diverse, ranging from propagation, potting, and packing to quality control of the products. You’ll work independently but also regularly team up with colleagues to tackle larger tasks. • Care for, propagate, and pot plants
• Harvest and pack products for shipping
• Perform quality control on plants and finished products
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Collaborate with colleagues on larger production tasks
• Work according to hygiene and safety guidelines
• Assist with loading and unloading products

• At least a high school (VMBO) level of working and thinking
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a production role, for example as a production worker, greenhouse worker, or order picker
• Motivated to do physical work with plants
• Basic Dutch or English language skills
• Able to work accurately and independently
• Available for at least 36 hours per week
• Preferably living in or near Bleiswijk
