Experienced Production Worker – Fresh Produce | Ridderkerk | Day Shift

As a production worker, you’ll work in a modern production environment where you handle fresh fruits and vegetables every day. You ensure the highest quality standards are maintained and perform a variety of tasks, so no day is ever the same. You’ll be on the production floor, collaborating with your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly. Your main responsibilities include:

• Processing raw vegetables and fruit, such as peeling and removing seeds
• Cutting vegetables and fruit by hand and using machines
• Carefully packing and repacking products
• Completing (meal) salads and other dishes on the production line
• Manually filling containers according to clear instructions
• Checking the weight, stickers, dates, and closure of products
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools

You’ll work from Monday to Saturday, with two days off each week. This means a flexible workweek of 5 days. You’ll be working day shifts, starting between 06:00 and 08:00 and finishing between 16:00 and 17:00.

• Vocational education (MBO) working and thinking level
• Experience as a production worker, operator, packer, or similar (minimum 0-2 years)
• You speak Dutch or English so you can communicate well on the work floor
• Flexible and available for day shifts
• Living within 50 km of Ridderkerk
• You work accurately and value hygiene
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• An hourly wage between € 14.71 and € 21.16, depending on experience
