Quality Controller – Waalwijk

At the KLG Europe logistics center in Waalwijk, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality processes in warehouse operations and outbound (OB) activities. You ensure that all work is carried out according to company standards, procedures, and safety rules.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring production line and outbound (OB) processes according to quality standards
• Checking all outgoing loads to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identifying, reporting, and solving quality issues (CSR, damages, SOP deviations, outbound errors)
• Collecting and reporting daily quality findings
• Supporting and training new quality employees when needed
• Participating in daily quality meetings and sharing improvement ideas
• Ensuring proper organization of quality documents, tools, and workstations (5S principles)

• Experience in quality control or logistics is a plus
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Motivation and willingness to learn and improve processes
• Own accommodation and transport to work

• Salary from €15.23 gross per hour
• Full-time job (38–40 hours per week)
