Order picker

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

• Own housing in the Netherlands required. No accommodation provided.
• No previous experience required – full training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of Dutch English or Polish for communication
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages of up to approximately 23 kg
• Flexible availability, including the possibility of weekend work

• €15.75 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
     +25% (€18.39/h): Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
     +50% (€22.07/h): Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
     +100% (€29.42/h): Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end‑of‑year bonus
