Production Team Leader

As a ProductionTeam Leader at Wulms Egg Group, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient production process while working closely with your team on the production floor. Your responsiiblities:

• Act as the first point of contact and provide daily guidance and support to the production team
• Monitor production processes and quickly respond to malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues
• Actively participate in operational production activities on the work floor
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including HACCP regulations
• Contribute to process improvements, efficiency optimization, and report production results to the Production Manager

Working hours:

You work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system or a day shift:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45
• Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:30

• Leadership work experience or strong natural leadership skills
• Technical insight and experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry
• Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written

• Competitive salary: €3,207.71 and €3,713.89 gross per month depending on your experience
