Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the full recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to making the perfect match with our clients. You act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire process. You also work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting talent and improving our processes.

Your tasks include:

• Conducting intake interviews and screening candidates
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process
• Registering flexible workers and creating placements
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• Writing and publishing job vacancies

Experience is not required! We are looking for people who want to develop, grow, and are looking for a challenging role. What we do ask:

• Minimum MBO level of thinking and working
• Affinity with recruitment and working with people
• Good communication skills in English (Polish is a plus)

• Salary between €2,300 and €2,700 gross per month, depending on experience
