Greenhouse worker

As a production assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Planting, trimming, and caring for hydrangeas to meet quality standards
• Assisting with packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the greenhouse
• Safely handling basic gardening tools and equipment
• Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues right away

You will work from Monday to Friday, with typical shifts from 8:00 to 16:30. Occasionally, weekend work may be required and will be compensated additionally.

• Your own transport to get to work
• Basic communication skills in English or Dutch
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Capable of performing physical tasks in a greenhouse environment
