Commercial Employee (Inside Sales)

In this versatile Inside Sales role, you are the commercial link between customers and the organization. You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Quality to ensure that orders, agreements, and processes run smoothly and customers receive the right products at the right time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing, checking, and following up on incoming orders and invoicing
• Preparing turnover and sales reports for sales and management
• Managing customer data, price agreements, and conditions in the system
• Supporting account managers with quotations, promotions, and commercial activities
• Preparing trade fairs and following up on leads and orders
• Managing promotional materials and sending out commercial mailings
• Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Quality)
• Handling complaints in collaboration with the Quality department
• Participating in sales meetings and contributing to improvements and projects

You will work in a dynamic office environment where no day is the same, with plenty of responsibility and room for initiative.

• MBO+ working and thinking level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar office or commercial role
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Knowledge of PS in Foodservice and GS1Das is a plus
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset
• Able to stay structured and calm in busy situations
