Quality Control Employee - KLG Europe

As a Quality Control Employee at KLG Europe in Waalwijk, you make sure that all incoming and outgoing goods meet the required quality standards. You work in a modern warehouse, cooperating daily with colleagues from various departments. You are responsible for checking products for damages, performing random inspections, and reporting any deviations. In addition, you help improve processes and contribute to a safe and tidy workplace. Your day usually starts with a team meeting, after which you independently or together with colleagues check the quality of incoming and outgoing goods. You work from Monday to Friday in day shifts, with the occasional possibility of overtime.

• Checking incoming and outgoing goods for quality
• Conducting random inspections and recording measurements
• Identifying and reporting deviations
• Cooperating with the warehouse and logistics team
• Suggesting improvements for processes Working hours are Monday through Friday, between 07:00 and 17:00.

• You have at least a VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) working and thinking level
• You have 0 to 2 years of experience as a quality employee, quality inspector, warehouse employee, or similar role
• You have good spoken English skills
• You are precise and have an eye for detail
• You live within 30 kilometers of Waalwijk
• You are available for a full-time workweek (40–45 hours)
