Order Picker - Geldermalsen

As an Order Picker, you play a key role in keeping the shelves stocked at Albert Heijn’s Distribution Center in Geldermalsen. Your main task is collecting and stacking products accurately. You’ll receive instructions in either English or Dutch through your headset. You’ll be moving around the warehouse, sometimes working in cooler sections. Typical tasks include:

• Picking orders using voice-picking systems
• Operating electric pallet trucks to transport goods
• Stacking products safely and efficiently
• Keeping the warehouse neat and organized

You will work in a three-shift system, including day, afternoon, and night shifts. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, is required.

• Day shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 – 06:00

• Private accommodation 
• Good physical condition and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working in cooler warehouse environments
• Availability to work in 3 shifts, including weekends
• English or Dutch language skills sufficient to understand voice picking instructions

• Base hourly wage of €14.94 gross per hour
• Additional ATV: €1.58 per hour
• Shift allowance: 39% between 00:00 – 06:00 and 37% between 06:00 – 22:00
• Cold allowance: €0.36 gross per hour
• 8,33% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance
