(Senior) Freight Forwarder - Export - Schiphol-Rijk

As a (Senior) Freight Forwarder - Export, you are the key figure in preparing and organizing air freight shipments for our clients. You make sure everything runs smoothly from planning to final delivery, fully in line with customer specifications. Here’s what you’ll do: Coordinate and liaise with carriers, airlines, and other involved parties Communicate with customers and suppliers to meet their needs, while increasing margins without compromising quality Ensure accurate data entry in our systems and handle flawless export documentation and invoicing Optimize the entire export process by ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction With your experience and sharp attention to detail, you are an indispensable link in our team, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch You’ll work Monday to Friday, mostly during standard office hours, in a modern office close to the airport.

• Experience in freight forwarding and air freight export 
• MBO+/HBO-level working and thinking (secondary vocational education) 
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written 
• Able to work independently within a team and have a strong sense of responsibility 
• You communicate quickly, clearly, and effectively 
• You are flexible, eager to learn, take initiative, and are accurate

• A gross monthly salary between €3.547 and €4.561 depending on your experience 
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km 
• Weekly payments and irregularity allowances
