Intercedent

As a Junior Intercedent in Rotterdam, you are the key link between candidates and companies within the staffing industry. You’ll work in a modern, friendly office alongside an informal and enthusiastic team. Your workdays are filled with engaging with people, solving staffing issues, and finding the perfect match. This is a great opportunity to learn and further develop yourself within recruitment and relationship management. You will:

• Recruit and select suitable candidates for a wide range of vacancies across different sectors
• Guide candidates from onboarding throughout their career development
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing companies and advise them on staffing solutions
• Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, time registration, and ensuring correct payroll
• Proactively follow up on placements and monitor satisfaction for both candidate and company
• Record and track absence and support with absence management You’ll work Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. This is a full-time (32-40 hours per week) position.

• At least MBO working and thinking level
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (such as recruitment assistant, intercedent, account manager, HR assistant, or similar position)
• Strong communication and commercial skills
• Good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
• Experience with administrative processes is an advantage

• Competitive salary between € 2,600 and € 3,200 gross per month, depending on experience
