Recruiter logistics / production

As a recruiter in Rotterdam, you’ll start each day with energy: reviewing incoming applications and scheduling intake interviews. You’ll conduct personal conversations with candidates to discover their motivations and talents, always looking beyond the resume. You’ll guide candidates through the entire application process, making sure they feel welcome and supported. You’ll register new contingent workers, create placements, and build a strong network of candidates. You’ll maintain relationships with companies in sectors like logistics, production, and technology to make the perfect match between job opening and candidate. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues in an open, results-oriented office environment. Your working days are Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

• At least mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Interest in recruitment, staffing, or working with people
• Analytical mindset and people skills: you look beyond the resume
• Experience as a recruiter, consultant, or talent acquisition specialist is a plus
• Social, strong communicator, and able to put people at ease

• Salary between € 2500 and € 3200 gross per month, depending on experience
