E&I Technician (EMR Technician)

As an E&I Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team working in day shifts, with participation in an on-call duty rotation. You are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and optimizing installations and components within the production environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshooting complex electrical and instrumentation issues
• Working with PLC, SCADA/DCS systems, and advanced diagnostic tools
• Analyzing and solving structural technical problems
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (WCM teams)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards

You report directly to the Technical Area Supervisor and play a critical role in technical projects and process optimization.

• Completed technical MBO level 3 or 4 education (Electrical/Instrumentation)
• Affinity with the process industry
• Experience with PLC, SCADA/DCS, and instrumentation is a strong plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement (Lean/WCM)
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexible and stress-resistant

• Hourly salary between €23.00 and €27.60, depending on experience
