PRODUCTION WORKER (DRAGEER) – BERGSCHENHOEK

As a Production Operator at Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek, you make sure our nut-based snacks are produced and packaged to the highest standards. You will be operating and monitoring advanced packaging machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the production line. You will also keep an eye on quality, tackle small technical issues, and help the team hit daily targets. You’ll be working inside our busy and modern production facility, surrounded by a supportive team.

• Operate packaging machines efficiently to keep production running
• Perform regular quality checks to guarantee top-notch products
• Carry out routine maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

You will work full-time in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday:

• Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
• Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:45 a.m. Occasional weekend shifts are possible, with extra pay for those hours.

• At least 1 year of experience in production or machine operation
• Experience in food production is an advantage
• Vmbo level of working and thinking
• Basic communication skills in English
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene procedures

• €16.63 per hour gross (depending on experience)
• Shift allowance: 14% for 2 shifts 19% for 3 shifts
• Extra allowance: 30% on Saturdays, 100% on public holidays, 8% holiday allowance
