Production Operator A

The Operator A is responsible for ensuring that the assigned production line operates efficiently, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves performing basic production tasks while strictly adhering to safety and quality regulations. The Operator A plays a key role in maintaining smooth production processes and supporting overall operational excellence.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Set up and monitor machines and automated processes
• Track production, manage orders, and make adjustments
• Perform quality checks, including metal detection, and report issues
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety on the line
• Guide and supervise line staff to ensure compliance
• Escalate deviations to the Assistant or Team Leader

Working hours:

You work in 2 shift system:

• Dayshift starting from 07.00 AM
• Night shift starting from 10.00 PM

• MBO level 2 work and thinking skills, with relevant experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality standards (HACCP, BRC), and safety regulations
• Ability to operate and monitor machinery, handle production data, and perform quality checks
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English language
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and commitment to maintaining safety and quality

• Competitive salary starting with €16,42 gross rate
• Travel allowance up to 30 km one way (maximum €12.60 per day)
• +40% for work after 11:00 PM - we value evening and night shifts
• +100% allowance for work on Sundays
