Warehouse Worker Production – Fresh & Dynamic at Van Gelder Fruit & Vegetables Ridderkerk

As a Warehouse Worker at Van Gelder Fruit & Vegetables in Ridderkerk, you will work daily with fresh products in a well-organized warehouse and modern production area. You are a key part of the logistics process and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Lifting boxes with fresh products and stacking them on pallets
• Carefully handling sharp items such as cutting knives and machines
• Packing ready-made salads in the correct packaging according to clear instructions
• Keeping your workplace and the production area clean
• Following safety and hygiene guidelines on the work floor

You will work full-time, usually from Monday to Sunday, in shifts. The workplace temperature is around 7°C to keep the products fresh at all times.

• Communicative command of Dutch or English
• Full-time availability (38 to 45 hours per week)
• Willingness to work in a cool environment (about 7°C)
• Accuracy and diligence in following safety and hygiene protocols
• Physically able to lift boxes and do standing work
• Experience in a similar position such as warehouse worker, logistics worker, order picker, or production worker is a plus

• Salary of € 14.71 gross per hour, with bonuses up to 200% on Sunday
• Extra allowances: Monday to Friday 19:00-23:00 (125%), 23:00-06:00 (140%); Saturday 15:00-19:00 (110%), 19:00-23:00 (125%), 23:00-06:00 (140%)
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• Travel expense reimbursement of € 0.10 per kilometer from 10 kilometers one way
• Weekly payment of your salary
