Production Operator

Step into a dynamic role as a Production Operator, where you keep production running smoothly and ensure our fresh salads are delivered with top quality every day. With your focus and ability to stay calm under pressure, you play a key role in an efficient and fast-paced production environment.

Your responsibilities are:

• Starting and closing production orders and monitor progress on the line
• Changing packaging materials and prepare for new production runs
• Performing quality checks, including metal detection tests
• Guiding and supporting line workers during production
• Monitoring and adjusting automated processes while keeping the line clean and organized

Working hours:

You work in 2 shift system:

• Dayshift starting from 07.00 AM
• Night shift starting from 10.00 PM

• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• MBO level 2/3 or equivalent working and thinking level
• Relevant experience in a similar operator or production role
• Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards
• Technical skills with a hands-on, result-driven mindset

• Competitive salary between €2,704.16 and €3,301.56 gross per month (excluding allowances)
• Travel allowance up to 30 km one way (maximum €12.60 per day)
