Warehouse employee

The Warehouse Specialist plays a crucial role in the logistics process. You ensure smooth goods flow and that products are stored, picked, and processed correctly. You work closely with colleagues and act as a key point of contact for questions related to processing orders and storage.

Your responsibilities:

• Carrying out tasks according to established procedures and monitoring progress
• Acting as a point of contact for processing order status and storage inquiries
• Picking and transporting seed and non-seed batches and handling administrative processing
• Efficiently picking and returning orders using a scanner within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Organizing and optimizing the warehouse
• Ensuring high-quality storage of (high-value) seeds and non-seed products
• Unloading goods without damage
• Complying with safety regulations and guidelines

• MBO education or equivalent level
• Own housing
• Speak goed Dutch
• Forklift certificate and driving skills
• Experience in warehouse management or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and handle stress
• Accuracy and ability to prioritize
• Experience with warehouse systems and scanners is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of and compliance with ESH and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
• Physically capable of performing heavier tasks
