As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, and inspection of aerial work platforms. You will work with a wide range of technologies, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Due to the diversity of our equipment and customers, no two days are the same.
- Your main responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions
- Performing maintenance and repairs (mechanical and electrical)
- Carrying out inspections and safety checks
- Implementing technical modifications and improvements
You will work independently while being part of a supportive and professional technical team.

- Completed MBO level 3 (or equivalent) education in a technical field
- Strong interest in engineering and technology
- Experience with hydraulics and electrical systems
- Experience in automotive technology, trucks, or earthmoving machinery is an advantage
- VCA certificate is a plus (or willingness to obtain it)
- Team player with good communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- A versatile and responsible position with a high level of independence
- Hourly wage: €17–€20, depending on experience
- Competitive salary and employment conditions in accordance with the Metal & Engineering CLA (CAO Metaal & Techniek)
- 40-hour workweek with the option to receive 13 ADV days or full ADV compensation
